During your free consultation you will have the opportunity to speak with an Accredited Partner and ask them what it's really like to be on board with MAUS.
You will be able to put forward your reasons for wanting to become a coach/consultant and to discuss your goals and aspirations.
In this session you can be assured that we will be upfront and frank with you. If you don't have the skills, background and knowledge to make this a success, be prepared to hear a NO.
So what does it take to be a great coach/consultant?
Of course you need a strong understanding of business operations, gained for example by having been a manager or business owner yourself and as such, you will have a basic understanding of accounting principles.
But remember, to be successful as a coach, it is imperative that you are someone with a passion for life and success, that you are confident and able to inspire people. You will have leadership skills and the ability to guide your clients towards their goals. You will need to be a self starter and have the capacity to drive yourself each morning to take the next step as outlined in our program - we are here to support you along the way but you need to have a go-getting attitude to put our model into reality for yourself. And above all, you need to be dedicated and committed to continuous improvement.
